  • Can I modify or cancel after it's been placed?
    Due to the nature of our products, orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $250 CAD. Additionally, we offer local meet-up options for shipping within the Greater Toronto Area, where you can personally collect your order. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat rate of $17 CAD for domestic and US shipping and $35 CAD for international shipping.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Due to the nature of our one of a kind garments orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 weeks. Processing times vary based on the type of garment; haut couture, pret a porter. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
  • What is your return policy?
    We offer store credit or exchanges for items returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition. We also offer local meet-ups for returns and exchanges within the Greater Toronto Area to facilitate a smoother process. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.
  • Can I return a bestope item?
    Custom-made items are crafted to your specific requirements and are therefore final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items.
